Welcome back to school tomorrow, Monday, December 1. We hope you had a great Thanksgiving. Just a reminder that RADA Cutlery PTO Fundraiser ends tomorrow. We will also be starting our Winter MAP testing this week. We can't wait to see how much everyone has grown in their academics this year so far.

Tomorrow is HAT day as we celebrate our students great success on KSA test. We are so proud of the amazing work of our Cardinals.

Back by request PTO sent home RADA cutlery fundraiser packets yesterday with your child. The fundraiser will run November 17th–December 1st.

Rada products make wonderful Christmas gifts, and all orders will arrive before Christmas!

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward our school-wide field trip to Ralphies. We appreciate your support in helping make this special trip possible for our students! The homeroom with the highest sales will receive a coke and popcorn party.

Fall Festival Festivities starts tonight at 5:00pm with games, chili dinner, hotdogs, drinks, 50/50 Raffle, Pie the Principal, and many, many more. Live Auction starts at 7:00pm. Come support our school and all the wonderful things of Hiseville. It cost $5 for a 10 play game card or $15 for an all you can play braclet. Chili, hotdog, desert, and drink is $8 total or you can purchase alacart items. Come join us for the fun. Cash, Check or Card will be recognized forms of payment.

Hiseville Elementary would like to welcome our Veterans tomorrow, Wednesday, November 12. We ask for Veterans and Guest to arrive at Door 5 at the gym at 8:00am . Our ceremony will begin at 8:30am. Please help us show our patriotism by making sure your child is dressed with Red, White and Blue.

Our afternoons are filled with exciting activities — from awesome STEM experiments and creative art projects to games, snacks, and homework help. We also offer childcare for families needing a safe, caring place for their children after school. Every day is a new adventure where students learn, grow, and shine!

Hiseville Families Picture Retakes are tomorrow, Wednesday, November 5. If your child was absent on the day of pictures (October 13) we would like for them to be ready for pictures tomorrow. Remember they will be in front of a green screen so it is important to not wear green.

Hiseville Families just a reminder that Halloween Parties are this afternoon at 1:45. Parents if you plan to attend you can come in door 5 on the gym side starting at 1:30. Please bring ID as you will be asked to sign in.

Next week we have a busy week at Hiseville as we celebrate Red Ribbon and Safe Schools week. Please review the picture for dress up days and plans for Halloween. Please be sure to contact your students teachers or the office with any questions.

Hiseville Families, Flu Shots will be given tomorrow, Thursday, October 23rd for those who have returned a flu shot consent. If you have any questions please call Nurse Tiffany at 270-453-2611.

Good Evening Hiseville Families. Today a form came home from our nurse for Flu Shot Consent. Only fill this out if you would like your child to get a flu shot. Please send the form back to school by Thursday, October 16. Flu shots will be given on Thursday, October 23rd for students whose parents have returned the form. Tomorrow, Monday, 10/13, is School Picture Day at Hiseville Elementary. Please be sure not to wear green as we take pictures in front of a green screen.

Hiseville School Pictures (Yearbook Pictures) will be taken on Monday, October 13. Please dress to impress. Parents remember that we will be in front of green screen so it is important for our students to NOT wear green.

We can’t wait to see our Grandparents the next two days. Please enter through the gym side at Door 5. Thursday is for grandparents of student PK-1st grade and Friday is for grandparents of students 2nd-6th grades. The meal price is $5.00 and pictures will also be available for $5. If your child is going home with a grandparent they will need to be signed out in the front office area and we will call them from class. Your child will be counted tardy if they leave early. See you then!

Krispy Kreme Donuts are in and may be picked up at Gym Door 5 this afternoon starting at 2pm. We will also be availble for your donut pickups tonight at the PTO meeting.

Come join us tonight for our Family Literacy Night at Hiseville. We have a mystery to solve as our Mascot has come up missing. Please come tonight to help us solve, "The mystery of the missing mascot." Our meeting will start tonight at 5:30. Oh, don't forget, the Book Fair will also be open tonight.

Tomorrow is the end of our Krispy Kreme Donut and Coffee Fundraiser for PTO. Please make sure your child has their orders turned in no later than 12pm tomorrow. We will need time to put the order in with Krispy Kreme in order to get them delivered by 9/22, Next Monday.
