BCMS PTSO Fundraiser - April 15th-April 26th
BCMS Students vs. Staff BB Game - April 26th
Barren County Middle School PTSO is hosting our biggest fundraiser of the year! The BCMS Students vs. Staff Basketball Game! Students will cheer on their peers as students vs. staff in the BCMS Student vs. Staff Basketball Game. Students will have the opportunity to enjoy prizes and participate in the event based on their participation in the fundraiser. All students will attend but you can help your child take part in halfcourt shots, snackboxes, etc. Family and friends can sponsor a student by clicking “Donate Now”. Our goal is to raise $5000.00 for educational resources and programs that contribute to an enriching learning environment. In addition, funds will support student incentives that motivate and provide opportunities for students beyond the classroom.
Parents can register their students on mybooster.com and share their donation link to kickstart fundraising. A step-by-step guide on how students can register can be found at https://boosterthon.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056229874-How-do-I-register-my-student
Thank you, donors! Go Trojans!
If each student raises ($8.00) we will exceed our goal of $5000.00!

7th Grade Science Students participated in TEACH WEEK. TEACH WEEK is a week where students lead every aspect of teaching. Students, with their group, create the LI/SC, bell ringers, create an anchor chart of information, develop an activity, orchestrate a review game, and create their very own assessment to test the LI/SC. Students were able to LEARN from other students about science topics we have discussed this year. Students enjoyed learning from their peers and taking ownership of their classroom. Great job on the students who participated in TEACH WEEK!
